- Use an iron on the underside of the canvas to smooth out any creases/wrinkles before you begin painting.
- Keep a small cup of water with you when you are painting and dip the brush in water before you begin and every now and again thereafter - the wetness of the brush helps for a smooth application of the paint.
- Keep the paints sealed when not in use - if left open the paint will dry out (if this starts to happen add a drop or two and gently mix together - be careful to not add too much!).
- Paint the smallest areas first so their numbers aren't accidentally covered up.
- There is definitely enough paint for your design (as long as it's not being applied excessively).
